Please read our full policy below prior to booking. •CANCELLATION POLICY:: We require a card on file and charge a 50% cancellation fee for ANY cancellations/reschedules/No shows with less than a 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. •DEPOSITS: All deposits are NON-refundable. Remaining balance will be paid after services are rendered. Deposits do not count towards the cancellation policy stated above. •TARDINESS POLICY: Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. Appointments will be cancelled after allotted time then charged the cancellation/reschedule/no show fee. Please allow yourself travel time to arrive on time. •PAYMENT:: We accept cash or card. There is convenience fee of 3.5% on all card transactions. Please note all prices on the website are STARTING PRICES only, for an estimate on a service please contact us. or schedule an in person consultation under “Book Now” on the website or we can also discuss on phone/text message as well. •APPOINTMENTS:: If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment please do so on your online account OR email at ashleylaurenhairstylist@yahoo.com OR call/text at 912-223-6234. Do not reply to appointment reminder texts, those are for reminders only and not a way to contact us. We do not get any responses from the appointment reminder system so please contact us directly in one of the following ways above or cancelation/reschedule/no show fee applys. For the safety of everyone with being in environment with hot tools, chemicals, sharp objects children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the studio except when receiving a service. Thank you for your cooperation. We kindly ask to please do not schedule a color service appointment if you’re unsure that you want a color service. If you schedule a color service appointment but arrive wanting a haircut only instead OR a non-color service, a 50% fee of the color service price booked will be charged in addition to the non-color services chosen. This policy is in place because when a client schedules a color service it blocks out several hours, preventing other potential clients from booking and possibly diminishing the cosmetologist’s pay for that day. Please be as respectful to us as we are to our clients. I highly encourage all clients who are not sure about getting a color service to schedule an in-person consultation or text/email so that we may have a consultation first before booking. Consultations also give clients the opportunity to determine prices and schedule appointments for later dates. We are always happy to hear from clients to discuss service options/pricing. All forms sent after a service is booked for is required to be filled out prior to performing a service. We will not be able to perform any service if forms are not filled out or agreed to.
